Aircraft Marshalling Signals Game

Problem

Airside Operations requires precise knowledge of standardised aircraft marshalling signals to ensure safety and efficiency. Traditional training methods often lack engagement, making it difficult for learners to stay focused and retain information. A fun, interactive approach was needed to reinforce learning and boost knowledge retention.

Solution

I designed an Aircraft Marshalling Signals Game using Adobe Captivate 2019. This engaging quiz presents users with a marshalling signal and challenges them to identify its meaning correctly. The goal is to make training enjoyable while testing and reinforcing knowledge.

Key Features:

- Interactive Questions: Players are shown 10 marshalling signals, each requiring them to choose the correct meaning.
- Scoring System: Each correct answer awards 100 points, motivating users to aim for a perfect score of 1,000.
- Dynamic Feedback: Immediate feedback helps players learn from mistakes and reinforces correct answers.
- Engaging Visuals: Clean and professional design with animated marshalling signals for a realistic feel.
- Replayability: Encourages users to retake the quiz to improve their score, making learning repetitive and fun.

Results

The Aircraft Marshalling Signals Game turned routine training into an enjoyable and effective learning experience. It successfully increased learner engagement, improved knowledge retention, and added a layer of gamification to traditional training methods in Airside Operations.

This project demonstrates my ability to leverage Adobe Captivate 2019 to create interactive, gamified training solutions that blend fun with education.
